Flash shook the hand of the man as he dropped off the supplies. Looking at the old building he nodded and smiled. “This is going to be awesome.” He smiled as he began working. The siding, roofing almost everything needed either replaced or a fresh coat of paint. He set to work on the old abandoned building that most just walked past in the fringe but soon would be a place everyone stopped at.

Attracted by the noise, Harp will wander to the construction. Seeing what Flash is doing, Harp will walk the perimeter of the building, inscribing runes into the ground around the foundation.
When he has finished, the Elf will walk to the center of the building, sit on the ground and start chanting, all the while the runes will glow brighter and brighter

Flash twitches a few times watching Harp as he begins a ritual. Taking a large step back he watched with interest. He trusted Harp but knew some times the best intentions ended in some unexpected results.

Grinning at the look on Flash’s face, Harp will utter a final few arcane words and stay crouched as a new foundation of hardened granite rises from the ground to stabilize the building

Flash chuckles and gives a thumbs up. “Well that at least makes everything level and solid.” He smiled as he continued ripping off and replacing siding.

For hours each day when things were not busy for him, Flash worked on the building. He hammered in siding and reshingled the roof. Inside he worked on the flooring as well as installing all sorts of things, including shelves and racks. He built a counter top as well as set up the smaller room in the back as an office. His shop was coming along great.
